How To Join Now, joining The Night Island is the simplest thing in the world, truly.  I have not turned down a single request for joining, nor do I plan to.  For you see, when I am not pleased with a story or poem, I do not dismiss them out of hand.   I try to give advice and encourage people to improve their work a little.   The creations still get posted and no one has to shed a tear.       How does your work get reviewed?   You email it to me at sunhawkgirl[at]hotmail.com.   As it has happened before, you do not need to email me asking if it is all right for you to send me your work.   I am quite eager to read/see it!       Please check over your work carefully before submitting it, there is nothing that looks more unimpressive than poor punctuation, spacing or spelling.   If you do not feel up to the task, ask a friend or acquaintance to proofread it for you.       If you are sending it to me in a file, I would prefer that you send it in either .wpd (Corel Word) or .doc (Wordpad) format, these are the kind of files that I can see clearly.   If you do not have the ability to put your work into those formats, then a plain text (.txt or made in Notepad) file is just fine.   Any pictures submitted are fine in either .bmp, .jpg, or .gif format. If you do know how to use HTML, any works already in basic HTML format would be greatly appreciated, it saves us all kinds of time Thank you for listening, I look forward to seeing your creations soon. ~return~
